Ainda eu não era dona de qualquer produto de maquilhagem e já as minhas mãozinhas manobravam com mestria este instrumento, para espanto de muitos que acreditavam ser este um qualquer sobrevivente de uma mala de instrumentos de tortura medievais!

E apesar de estarmos a falar de mais de 15 anos com isto na mão, ou seja, o revirador de pestanas, só hoje fiquei a conhecer o truque #1 de beleza “cilial”:

Aquecer o revirador de pestanas imediatamente antes de o usar, seja com água quente ou com um secador.

Não estou muito convencida da eficácia da água quente, até porque a minha experiência me ensinou que as pestanas húmidas não reviram tão bem, e a borrachinha, mesmo depois de limpa, deve ficar um pouco húmida. Já o secador proporcionou-me uma descoberta revolucionária!

Saídinha da piscina, ou seja, com as pestanas húmidas, ataquei o secador de mãos, que na piscina do Restelo está inteligentemente colocado a mais de 2.00m de altura para que possamos prescindir do nosso próprio secador e usá-lo para secar o cabelo, aqueci o revirador e… efeito “doll eyes” instantâneo! B R U T A L ! ! !

PS: Convêm deixar arrefecer um pouco o revirador, até ao ponto “morninho” uma vez que, como o metal aquece imenso, poderão ficar sem pestanas e com uma queimadura terrível nos olhos… Não digam que eu não avisei

And though we’re talking about more than 15 years with this in hand (the eyelashes curler), just today I got to know the # 1 “cilial” Beauty trick

Heat your curler immediately before using it, with either hot water or a dryer.

I’m not too convinced of the effectiveness of hot water, because my experience has taught me that wet lashes don’t curl that well, and the rubber, even after cleaning, should be a little bit wet. Yet the dryer gave me an amazing surprise!

Right out of the pool, with my lashes wet, I attacked the hand dryer which, im my pool, is cleverly placed more than 2.00m height so that we can dispense our own dryer and use it to dry hair. Then I heated the eyelashes curler and … effect “doll eyes” pop! A W E S O M E ! ! !

PS: Let it cool a bit before using it since, as the metal heats up a lot, You can end up with no eyelashes and a terrible burn in your eyes … Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
